Michael Jackson’s Memorial Service Was Very Very Touching

Last night (in Saudi Arabia) as I sat and watched for the next 2 and 1/2 hours of the live broadcast of “the King of Pop” Michael Jackson’s memorial service, I couldn’t help and simply cried along with the thousands who were in attendance and millions who were watching at home like me.

And, when the service was about to end, Jackson’s daughter, Paris, spoke some emotionally charged words that will forever haunt me. They were sincere, emotional and most of all reminding of what kind of a person Michael Jackson had been. He was a great dad. He was a great social contributor. Well, then, why were we so hell-bent on demonizing a guy who had done so much for others? I guess he paid for giving other children what he had had missed out on during his childhood which he spent live in front of the whole world.

It was simply not forgettable the way the girl spoke out about her father. This should remind us all that any kind of charges are always and should always be treated as ‘alleged’ and we should stop ourselves and the media from holding a public trial. The law should be allowed to take it’s own course. Without interference from any of us.

I just hope that people never forget what the children of the King of Pop are facing right now. A crisis created entirely by us. Pushing their father over the edge was undeniably wrong.

May Allah rest his Soul in Peace.

Most Shocking: Michael Jackson is Gone

For someone like me who literally grew up on Micheal Jackson’s music ever since I first started listening to English songs in my junior high school, I was totally devastated when I heard about the sad & untimely passing away of MJ this morning.

For me it was like a bolt from the blue. I mean here was one star who truly belonged to the whole world. He was for me the ultimate music factory. His numbers are evergreen and playable at all times. I have his songs with me. They are always going to be with me. A world legend in the true sense of the word, he was unfairly hounded and dogged all this life by people who wanted to make a quick buck and the media as well.

America should realize that they should stop putting the celebrities under the microscope lest they loose all of them in this manner.

Nobody can ever come close to this man. He was and will always be the true “King Of Pop”. Let people think whatever they might want, but to a true fan like me, I will remember him as a man who gave the world some of the most cherished songs/albums ever to have been made.

Rest In Peace, Michael Jackson (1958 – 2009).

My heart and soul and all my thoughts are with all the family, friends, fans and well-wishers of yours. God bless you.
