Movie Review: 13B

The latest to join the renewed (and rejuvenated) Indian horror genre is 13B. 13B stars R.Madhavan and Neetu Chandra. Indian horror is starting to come of age ever since the Ramsay’s left the horror genre with whatever contributions they have made to it.
Nikhat Kazmi of Times Of India, gives it a rating of 3 1/2 out of 5 stars:
It’s an interesting tale, told well, with all the mandatory twists and turns in all the right places. Adding to this, is the complete spontaneity of the ensemble cast, ably led by Madhavan who is extremely endearing as the yuppie, torn between the supernatural and the real.
So, I suppose we can watch it. I am really looking out for this one.

Why So Serious? That is what the joker would have said. But That’s something we must not heed to when the collections of The Dark Knight are concerned.
Batman’s latest outing, The Dark Knight, has definitely broken records and is on track to making history. Well, for me, the latest Batman is highly anticipated and that the Late Mr. Ledger has performed exceptionally as the Joker is an added bonus. To take the mantle of the Joker from Jack Nicholson is really a great feat. I must commend Ledger for doing so brilliantly. Had he been with us, it would have been a great honour for all of us.
