It’s almost time now for me to go home for the weekend. Yep, about 20 mins. left now. I can’t really wait for heading back home and getting in my bed as quickly as possible.

In the evening I’ll head off to the beach and relax there. The beach here in Jeddah is real good. It is decorated with various innovative crafts and statues of buildings and ingenious things. The coral reef is a treat.

I generally head off to the spot opposite the Jeddah Westin Hotel and  the Jeddah Hilton Hotel! Very cool and in fact if you like check out pics on my Photo Blog of the spot I’m talking about.

Well, that’s it for this week from me I guess. I’ll meet you all on Saturday (when the week here in the middle-east takes off and the rest of the world dozes off in their homes ).

In case some of you people are scratching your heads and don’t get what I’m saying, let me tell you this: The weekend in the middle-east begins on a Thursday and ends on Friday. The week starts on Saturday.
