Well, I had written about the possibility of Google getting ready to offer it’s own anti-virus and here they have for us another fusion technology. It seems that Google is out to give Microsoft a run for it’s money with a new concept called Google Gears.
It is what they are terming as the desktop version of web technologies which will enable users to work with websites offline. This is the first foray of a company seen as the online version of Microsoft. Well let us see how far it goes with this idea.
